DR. BETH DABABNEH

The Firm's principal solicitor and founder, Dr Beth Dababneh has a long history of service to the legal community and its constituents.
Beginning her decorated career with the Government's Legal Aid office, she developed a better community understanding by working with the local people of Fairfield City in areas of Civil Litigation and Family Law. Her easy-going nature, bilingual abilities (English and Arabic) and dedication to her clients is what set her apart.
Having completed both her Bachelors in Law (First class Honours) and her Masters in Dispute Resolution at UTS, Beth felt it natural to teach at the University in Business Law and Ethics, Biomedical Law and Ethics, Foundations of Law, Medicine and Law, and Tort Law for 12 years. Her development and experience in Family Law prompted her return to study as she completed her PhD in Family Dispute Resolution and the Rights of the Child in 2014. Her insights into the modern family and Family Law generally meant that her work was used by notable lawyers in conferences country-wide.
Having worked for the government and taught for many years, she opened The Parks Legal to better serve the Fairfield community. Her understanding of the people in the area and their needs allowed her to build solid foundations for the firm and solid relationships with the people. Her approach and sensitivity to Family Law matters made her a stand out with her clients with many of them returning to her even after their matters have completed. She now sits on the Legal Aid Family Law Panel where she is privileged to deal with all family related legal matters through The Parks Legal.
Beth isn't always working and outside of the firm she enjoys spending time with her 5 Children and their crazy kids, hosting parties and cooking (she makes a mean Lasagna and her Kanafe is to die for), and travelling. Her next adventure will be to the World Congress of Family Law and Children's Rights at Dublin, Ireland in June 2017 where she has been invited to present to the masses on her work and findings in Family Law.
